International orders will be processed by a US printer in order to ensure fastest delivery & production.

SHIPPING TIME //  

USA: 3-5 Business days after fulfilment. Canada: 5-10 business days via FedEx AUS*: 1-7 business days via Australia Post (*if prints made in AUS) Worldwide: 5-20 business days via FedEx. Tracking: Not ALL addresses have tracking available, though if your address does, customer will be forwarded the details.

DUTIES & TAXES //  

International (outside either AUS or USA) orders may incur duties and taxes which I am unable to forecast and then include into the cost of the product. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay these charges. Please ensure you are aware of these fees before you make your purchase. http://www.fedex.com/gb/dutyandtax/ 

CURRENCY //  

All prices are in AUSTRALIAN dollars (AUD).

PAYMENT //  

At checkout, you will be prompted to make payment for your product by Credit or Debit card using our secure payment gateway Stripe. PayPal  is available too if you prefer.

RETURNS //  

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, quickly message me via my contact page—make sure you act quickly as I cannot guarantee that the product has not been processed/fulfilled. If your order has already been sent out I cannot accept returns or refunds as most print products are made to order specifically for that customer. If your order happens to get damaged during shipping please contact me to organise replacement.

PROBLEMS //   

 If you have not received your order after 21 days after placing your order, something may be wrong. Please message me on my contact page.
